This article explains how to add a customer, site or installer sub-account to Rubicon’s Goodwe master account.
Steps:
1. Obtain a distributor code:
Prior to creating an account, obtain a distributor code from Rubicon - the inverter supplier/distributor. If it you can not obtain it at that moment, contact Goodwe after-sales service department and indicate where you acquired the inverter from.
2. Create a new site/plant:
Click on Management > Create
Enter all Owner and Visitor particulars:
Enter plant information then click Register:
Note:
- Always add Owner first before adding Visitor. One plant can have only one Owner but multiple visitors.
- Click the plant name in the plant list to edit the information of the plant. The modification is accepted once you click the blank area on the page.
- Enter an email address to add an owner or a visitor.
4. Adding an inverter to the plant:
Once a plant has been created, the system will require to have an inverter added.
Click on Management > Click on name of plant then ADD:
Add Device name, Serial number and Check code then Submit:
5. Viewing the Main Dashboard:
Click on Main Dashboard:
