      How to clear alarms on Synapse / Pylontech batteries using BatteryView software

      This article will discuss how to clear all alarms Synapse / Pylontech batteries using BatteryView software

      1. Connect the RJ45 end of the cable to the Console port of the battery

      2. Connect the USB end of cable to PC
      3. Open BatteryView software
      4. Click on Connect
      5. Click on OK

      6.  After software connects successfully to battery, software with ask to Start Scan, click OK

      7.  Software will show all data from battery information including cell voltages

      8.  Click on Options, the Control Pane

      9.  Under the set column, double click of any Item or error that might be shown/detected
